Recipe: Cheesy Macaroni Casserole with Ground Turkey Meat

Hello there! Its weekend, I thought I’d share with you one of Daniel’s favorite home cooked food. If you’re looking for some quick and easy casserole recipes that you can make with either turkey, chicken or beef meat, you might want to check this out. You can simply use up ingredients you already have in your fridge and pantry.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 lb of ground turkey (you can also use chicken or beef)
  • 1 bag of Macaroni noodles
  • 1/2 block of Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Gourmet burger seasoning
  • Olive Oil (you can use your choice of cooking oil)

DIRECTIONS:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. In a skillet, cook ground turkey with gourmet burger seasoning. In a large bowl, add prepared macaroni noodles, ground turkey and combine them with the velveeta cheese and milk. Mix well, and cook in a low temperature. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly or when it gets to the consistency you want, then it’s pretty much done.

Cooking time is about 30-45 minutes. This can make 4 servings.

P.S. Daniel sprinkled Mexican blend shredded cheese and added some Sriracha sauce on top. He said it tasted really good. And maybe adding sour cream would actually make it taste even better.
