Christmas Dinner at NuVo Bar - Greenbelt 2, Makati City

This is one my backlogged posts. Anyway, I had a crazy Christmas day back in December. It was a busy one. But I am thankful to have so much for which to be thankful!

My Boss arrived from the US and invited me to join them for Christmas dinner. We had to stroll around Greenbelt 1 to check places but some restaurants were already close. So, we had to go to Greenbelt 2 and we end up here, at NuVo. I love it here. Good food and good live music! The overall ambiance was chic and high-class. Anyway, here's what we ordered:

We were served with their complimentary bread. I have already mentioned this before - I love restaurants who serve complimentary breads! hehe čśŁ

Michael and Carol ordered Caesar Special. It's Caesar salad with slices of grilled chicken or scallops. This tastes really good.

Carol ordered Pork Chop. She said it was quite good.

Okay, I am not really sure what is this called. It was Michael who ordered this. Pasta? :)

Ina and I both ordered Duo of Blue Marlin and Tiger Prawn. It's blue marlin steak and tiger prawns served with vegetable relish and steamed rice. Very delicious.

I have to say that if you're looking for a nice place with great food and great ambiance, NuVo is the place for you. It's both suitable for dinner date or business meeting. A perfect place to chill, listen to great music, eat delicious food, and oh, cocktails are good as well. A bit pricey but you go on a holiday to pamper yourself occasionally, right? ;)
